NRL clubs are offering fans some of the most affordable tickets in years as well as a range of activities for children as part of the Easter round of football.
NRL Head of Marketing, Mr Lewis Pullen, said some of the biggest matches of the year would be held this Easter long weekend – along with some of the best deals of the year.
He said it would all start tonight (Monday) when the Eels offer a $30 Family ticket admitting two adults and four juniors for the Easter Monday clash with Wests Tigers at ANZ Stadium.
“This game is being held right next to the Sydney Royal Easter Show and enables families of six to see the game for just $5 each,” he said.
The deal will run from 5pm to 9pm tonight
– until the allocation is exhausted.
In Good Friday’s match between the Rabbitohs and the Bulldogs, a $50 family ticket will be on offer along with Easter egg and ice cream giveaways for children.
Mr Pullen said other clubs were finalising their promotions and offers for the weekend’s games and fans should keep an eye on club websites for details.
“We are aware of the cost pressures on families over Easter and we want to make it as affordable as possible to go to the games this weekend,” Mr Pullen said.
