Titans star Greg Bird.

Titans forward Greg Bird is facing a two match suspension after he was cited by the NRL match review committee for a grade 2 careless high tackle.

Bird was charged for a tackle on Dragons half Gareth Widdop in the 36th minute in the Titans big 32-12 victory on Friday night.

Bird will miss one match if he takes an early guilty plea, but would risk missing two matches if he fights the charge at the NRL judiciary and loses.
