The Brisbane Broncos have climbed the NYC ladder with a come from behind win over Manly in strong performance.

Trailing 18 – 0 early in the first half before winger Tristan Lumley (79 metres, 11 runs) scored the first of his two tries getting the Broncos on their way to a 28 – 18 halftime lead.

Halfback Kodi Nikorima (119 metres, 8 runs) crossed shortly after Lumley’s first on his way to his own treble finished with an intercept try on the buzzer.

Caleb Timu (183 metres, 20 runs) also scored a double powering over the line in near identical tries.

Replacement prop Richard Tuala (112 metres, 10 runs) put his hand up for plenty of work in the middle along with late inclusions Ajuma Adams (36 metres, 6 runs) and Francis Molo (69 metres, 8 runs).

The Broncos will take the week off with the bye before turning their attention to the Storm who currently sit one point higher.
