Rabbitohs fullback Greg Inglis and his Tigers opposite James Tedesco go head-to-head in Round 9.

Many leaders lead from the front but in the Round 9 NRL Telstra Premiership clash between South Sydney and Wests Tigers, two players will be leading from the back.

Rabbitohs fullback Greg Inglis captains his side from the custodian position and will be aiming to break the shackles on Thursday night at ANZ Stadium after a quiet start to the season by his standards.

Meanwhile, Tigers fullback James Tedesco has had a breakthrough 2016 season so far, leading his side in most attacking stats and pushing his claims for a NSW State of Origin jersey.

These two excitement machines alone are worth the price of admission and whoever asserts themselves on the contest the best could go a long way to deciding the outcome of a game that both clubs are desperate to win.
