The Parramatta Eels’ Round 26 blockbuster against St George Illawarra at Parramatta Stadium is officially ‘sold out’, setting the scene for a memorable farewell to Club legends Nathan Hindmarsh and Luke Burt.

Eels Chief Executive Bob Bentley said the occasion would be even bigger given the Dragons will farewell club stalwarts Dean Young and Ben Hornby on the same night.

“It’s going to be a huge night,” Bentley said.

“We’re expecting a sea of blue and gold to fill the stands and I’m sure the atmosphere will be electric.

“Nathan, Luke, Dean and Ben have been four terrific advertisements for rugby league over a long period of time and it’s fitting we’ll have a packed Parramatta Stadium crowd to give them the farewell they deserve.”

Fans can still see Nathan and Luke this Sunday at ANZ Stadium when the Parramatta Eels take on the South Sydney Rabbitohs at 3pm.
