Lebanon may have produced one of the most stirring wins of the World Cup so far but England coach Wayne Bennett admits he hasn't seen any highlights of that win over France and says he has no idea who is in the Cedars' squad.
It's a startling admission days out from what shapes as a crunch game for an England side that must bounce back following last week's tournament-opening loss to Australia.
"I have no idea. I haven't seen it," Bennett said of Lebanon's first World Cup win.
"I haven't even looked at their squad.
"I haven't seen them, I haven't looked at them; it's not my priority right now."
While the master coach mightn't know much about this weekend's opponents, prop forward Tom Burgess is expecting big things from the Cedars after they ran away with it late to down France 29-18 in Canberra.
Mitchell Moses was the hero with a late try and a field goal to seal the famous win, and Burgess knows the Eels halfback – as well as his Rabbitohs teammate, Robbie Farah – will be the danger men on Saturday night.
"I was surprised Lebanon didn't go away with it more, to be honest," Burgess said on Monday morning.
"I feel like their pivots are probably a bit more experienced so I thought France actually performed quite well. They stuck in and gave people something to look at. They definitely punched above their weight.
"I think they've got some great players across the board and they've got a lot of experience. I think they've got a lot more experience than France did and that showed on the field yesterday. Towards the end of the game it was a tight contest, but they ran away with it towards the end.
"They've got some smart players; I obviously know Robbie well from having a year with him this year and he's one of the smartest guys in the game…he's been around a while. Mitch Moses has been one of the form halfbacks so we're not taking them lightly."
Burgess said the South Sydney banter with Farah hadn't kicked in yet but believes that will change in the coming days.
"I was on the WhatsApp last week and he's always trying to promote something so he asked me to promote something [for him]. He's a businessman!" Burgess laughed.
"I haven’t spoken to him but I might give him a call this week for a bit of banter."
