Warriors forward Sione Lousi picked up a knee injury against the Dragons in Round 9.

Warriors forward Sione Lousi fears he may have suffered a serious knee injury in his side's 26-10 victory over the Dragons on Sunday.

Lousi spent time on the ground with medical staff after suffering the injury to his left knee, but managed to play on before being pulled from the field by coach Andrew McFadden as a precaution.

The utility forward previously ruptured the ACL in his right knee in a 2013 pre-season game.

"I don't know, but it's pretty bad," Lousi told NRL.com when asked about the injury.

"I have done my other knee before but it didn't really feel similar, I played on for a little bit there.

"They pulled me as a precaution but we will get scans on Monday and see."

It is the latest in a string of knee injuries for the Warriors this year, with Roger Tuivasa-Sheck out for the season with a ruptured ACL, Ben Henry facing a long lay-off with a broken knee cap and Tuimoala Lolohea currently out with medial ligament damage.

It was an unfortunate end to the game for 26-year-old Lousi, who was celebrating his 50th NRL game after being called up to fill the void created when McFadden banished six players to reserve grade for off-field issues.

"It's always the dream to play NRL. I was lucky enough to get the call up to the team," Lousi said.

"All of the boys who filled in were good. They have been consistent in the early rounds of reserve grade so it wasn't a big surprise to me how they went."

Lousi will get scans in Auckland today, which will determine the severity of the knee injury.
