Josh McGuire during the Broncos' Round 1 win over the Sharks.

Broncos lock Josh McGuire has signed a new four-year deal to remain at Red Hill through to the end of the 2021 season.

After playing the majority of his career to date in the front row, the Aspley Devils junior pulled on the No.13 jersey on a permanent basis for the first time in 2017.

News of McGuire's re-signing comes following the announcement that Corey Oates will remain at Brisbane for at least another season, signing a one-year extension.

Brisbane will face North Queensland in what shapes to be another blockbuster Queensland derby at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.
