Canterbury Bulldogs recruit Kieran Foran is ready to hit the ground running for the 2018 Telstra Premiership season.

The NRL has finally rubber stamped Canterbury's salary cap for 2018, officially registering the contracts of marquee signings Kieran Foran and Aaron Woods.

Chairman Ray Dib announced that the club was now salary cap compliant at a special function at Belmore Sportsground to celebrate and remember the history of the Bulldogs.

Chief executive Todd Greenberg, who attended the Bulldogs function on Thursday night, gave Canterbury the clearance earlier that day.

The release of James Graham and Brad Abbey contributed largely to the Bulldogs becoming salary cap compliant.
