Rookie Liam Knight is set to make his NRL debut for the Sea Eagles in Round 15 of the Telstra Premiership.

The Sydney Roosters have today announced the signings of Zane Tetevano and Liam Knight.

25-year-old Tetevano joins the Roosters from the Wyong Roos on a one-year deal for 2017.

Tetevano played in all 24 of Wyong’s matches in 2016 and was named in the 2016 Intrust Super Premiership NSW Team Of The Year.

The forward played 29 NRL matches with the Newcastle Knights between 2011-2014 and represented the Cook Islands at the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Liam Knight has penned a three-year deal with the club, having been granted a release from the final year of his agreement with the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles.

The young forward has played one NRL match to date, making his NRL debut with the Sea Eagles in Round 15 of the 2016 NRL season. He has also represented NSW in the under-18s and under-20s.

"Both Zane and Liam will boost the depth of our forwards heading into 2017," said Roosters CEO John Lee.
