Josh Mansour has been named to make his return for the Panthers in Round 3.

The reinstatement of Beau Falloon, Greg Bird and Dave Taylor into the Gold Coast Titans' line-up is the biggest news to come out of the teams named for Round 3 this weekend.

Along with the return of previously injured prop Matt White, the trio's recall sees Matt Srama, Mark Ioane, Lachlan Burr and Agnatius Paasi all drop out and Eddy Pettybourne and Kierran Moseley dropped to the bench for the game against Newcastle on Sunday evening. Will Zillman and Josh Hoffman have also swapped between fullback and centre for the Titans with Tyler Randell returning to the Knights' bench.

Headlining Friday night's games, the Bulldogs and Sea Eagles have named unchanged squads while the Cowboys have dropped Robert Lui for Cowboys debutant Lachlan Coote, with Michael Morgan moving to five-eighth, for their game against the Broncos.

With Semi Radradra and Beau Champion ruled out with long-term injuries, Vai Toutai and Ryan Morgan have been promoted to the Eels' team to take on an unchanged Warriors outfit.

Despite Dragons coach Paul McGregor threatening to drop players to NSW Cup, 'Mary' has only managed to switch George Rose and Rory O'Brien between starting and the interchange bench to take on a Raiders outfit who have regained Dane Tilse and Jordan Rapana but lose Jack Wighton (fractured eye socket) and Jeremy Hawkins (suspended).

In other games, Jamie Soward is set to miss up to six weeks for the Panthers, replaced by Issac John, while Josh Mansour will play his first game of the year at the expense of exciting youngster George Jennings. The Panthers will take on an unchanged Roosters line-up in a Monday night blockbuster.

Props Sam Tagataese (Sharks) and Matt Lodge (Tigers) also return for their teams at the expense of Tinirau Arona and Jack Buchanan respectively. Luke Lewis has also been included on the Sharks' extended bench to take on an unchanged Storm outfit in Melbourne while the Wests Tigers take on the Rabbitohs on Sunday.
