Roosters players celebrate during their semi-final win over the Bulldogs.

We take a look back at the best NRL Fantasy performers from the weekend's semi-finals clashes.

Roosters v Bulldogs

Best team: Damien Cook, Kane Evans, Boyd Cordner, James Maloney (vc), Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Roger Tuvasa-Sheck (c).

After a quiet performance against the Storm last week Roger Tuivasa-Sheck was due a big one, and the star Roosters fullback didn't disappoint with a try, eight tackle breaks and a massive 282 run metres against the Bulldogs for a game-high 70 points. The Roosters' comfortable win here mean their attacking stars did well in Fantasy and the Bulldogs' best performers were two tackle-hungry forwards, with Damien Cook (57) and Aiden Tolman (47) the only Canterbury players to score more than 45.

For the Roosters, RTS edged out playmaker James Maloney (two line breaks, a try assist and seven goals for 64 points) and hat-trick scorer Shaun Kenny-Dowall (63), while forwards Kane Evans (61) and Boyd Cordner (57) also got amongst the tries (even if the awarding of Evans' four-pointer raised a few eyebrows). Roosters hooker Jake Friend was no slouch either with 51 points.

Cowboys v Sharks

Best team: Michael Ennis, Andrew Fifita (c), Gavin Cooper, Johnathan Thurston, Kane Linnett, Michael Morgan (vc).

Sharks prop Andrew Fifita (69) was the surprise Fantasy winner from North Queensland's flogging of Cronulla on Saturday night, but you can't argue with his numbers of 46 tackles, 142 metres, four tackle breaks and three offloads. Fellow workhorse forward Paul Gallen was the only other Shark to score more than 40 Fantasy points in this one, with the game dominated by Cowboys as you'd expect.

Michael Morgan (58) was the best of them, with two tries, three line breaks and a try assist, while forwards Matt Scott (56), Gavin Cooper (53) and Scott Bolton (46) were all impressive. Johnathan Thurston (40) had two try assists, three line-break assists and five goals in the rout, easily outplaying Sharks halves Jack Bird (24) and Jeff Robson (10).

Now it's time to take your first shot at picking your NRL Fantasy line-ups for this week's games, with the Roosters travelling to Suncorp Stadium to face the Broncos while the Cowboys head south to visit Melbourne. Remember there's another $500 up for grabs this week, then a $1000 Fantasy prize for grand final week and $2000 to go to the overall winner of NRL Fantasy Finals.
