Bio: On top of his 17 NRL appearances last season, Chris Armit became a father for the first time following the birth of son Cruz, who was born at 34 weeks and weighing just 2.41 kilograms. Cruz required a stay in intensive care and to say thanks, Chris and wife Kristie raised funds for the hospital by auctioning one of his playing jerseys.
