Reagan Campbell-Gillard celebrates a try against the Eels in Round 19.

The Knights and Panthers have both confirmed their final 17 ahead of their Round 23 NRL Telstra Premiership clash at Hunter Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Knights have made several changes to the team named on Tuesday, Pat Mata'utia replaces Nathan Ross on the wing, Micky Paea starts at prop with Daniel Saifiti moving back to the bench. Sione Mata'utia will start at lock pushing Jacob Saifiti back to the bench. Josh King drops out of the team.

Penrith have made two changes with Suaia Matagi replacing Moses Leota at prop, Reagan Campbell-Gillard comes in to replace the injured Chris Grevsmuhl.
