Anthony Watmough and the Parramatta Eels both say no deal has been done between the player and the club.
Manly forward Anthony Watmough has taken to social media to deny he has signed a three-year deal with the Parramatta Eels from 2016.

Following reports in Fairfax media that the deal had already been done, the Sea Eagles back-rower took to social media to hose down the rumours.

"The story in the SMH online is completely wrong. I have not signed with any club beyond 2015," Watmough wrote.

An Eels spokesman also said the club has not signed Watmough.
