Wests Tigers have appointed Matthew Cameron and Rod Reddy as assistant coaches alongside David Kidwell and recruited Brett Kimmorley as the new under-20s head coach.
NSW Cup head coach Paul Fletcher will remain in his role, as will ex player and video analyst Simon Dwyer.
Also retained are Tony Carson (football and welfare manager), Dr Peter Lorentzos (chief medical officer), Peter Moussa (physiotherapist) and Vince Marando (gear manager).
The club's high performance unit has appointed Corey Bocking (physical performance manager), Marcus Kain (strength and conditioning coach), Blake McLean (sports science and strength coach) and Keegan Smith (physical performance consultant).
Head coach Jason Taylor said that he's very impressed with the wide range of experience the coaching staff will bring to Wests Tigers for the 2015 season.
"We've assembled a team of professionals from a range of areas who we believe have the skill set and drive to bring the best out of every player in the club," Taylor said in a statement.
"The club has undergone a lot of change recently and I'm confident that our members and supporters will see a positive effect when we take the field for Round 1."
Cameron enjoyed a successful past two seasons with the Penrith Panthers as high performance manager 15 years at Parramatta where he held various coaching roles.
Kidwell, currently in New Zealand with the Kiwi squad as assistant coach, will go into his second year with the club.
Reddy, a former Dragons and Steelers great, is a veteran of 237 first grade games and 17 Tests for Australia.
Kimmorley has played 307 NRL games and has held assistant coaching roles with both the Bulldogs and Canberra.
Since the formation of the Wests Tigers NSW Cup side at the beginning of the 2013 season, Fletcher has taken the side to consecutive finals appearances.
Wests Tigers CEO Grant Mayer said Taylor and general manager of football operations Phil Moss have worked tirelessly since starting with the club and had put together an impressive coaching group.
"Jason and Phil have hit the ground running here at Wests Tigers and have brought together an impressive group of individuals to make up their coaching staff," Mayer said.
"We're impressed with the direction they are taking the club in and look forward to welcoming the players back in next Wednesday to kick start the pre-season."
The the new coaching staff officially start once pre-season training begins on November 5.
