The inaugural Dick Smith NRL Auckland Nines will see the 16 NRL clubs competing for $2.6 million in prize money in a two-day blockbuster over February 15 and 16. While the individual 15-man squads are unknown at this stage, each club is committed to fielding 12 players from their top 25 squad, including at least one of their five highest-paid players.

So who is the one Broncos player who is most likely to shine at the tournament? Have your say below.

Ben Barba - Brisbane's fleet-footed star recruit won the Dally M medal in 2012 and should thrive with the extra room to move in the Nines tournament.

Josh Hoffman - The Broncos' top tryscorer from last season can wreak havoc from the wing or fullback.

Sam Thaiday - A bustling back-rower who can hit hard in defence or put a runner through a hole will be a key asset in the Nines.

Matt Gillett - Gillett's all-round utility value as a centre or back-rower will make him a key asset in attack and defence.

Corey Parker - Parker's relentless tackling and prodigious offloading should be perfectly suited to the reduced format.

Daniel Vidot - A potential future representative outside back with the speed and strength to be a handful with room to run.

Ben Hannant - Someone will still have to make the tackles and hit-ups and the Maroons and Test prop could be just the man for the Broncos.

Corey Oates - Following a blistering finish to 2013, the young winger built like a back-rower will be a massive handful in Auckland.

Ben Hunt - The lively Broncos playmaker has already said he can't wait to experience greater room to move in the Nines format.
