Want to really ramp up the rivalry with your mates when playing NRL Fantasy? Try Fantasy Draft and take the challenge to a new level.

In NRL Fantasy Draft there is no salary cap. Instead, you organise a league then run a live draft, where each Fantasy coach takes turns picking players. Each NRL player can only belong to one team in the Draft league, and once the live draft is done you can trade players between teams throughout the season. Each week you'll be matched up with a rival team in a head-to-head contest, with a finals series determining the overall champ.

Apart from the thrill of the live draft and the strategy of making trades with your rivals, the other advantage to Fantasy Draft is the flexibility the game brings. Pick the number of teams you want (any even number from eight to 20), choose if you want a finals series or not, decide when you want your league to start and how long it should run for, choose whether to play on the bye rounds, decide how the trades will be approved, and pick one of three ways the draft can run.

You can even choose how many players should be in each Fantasy squad – from six-man teams with a back-up for each position to a full blown 13-man side with four reserves, all the way to complete 25-man squads.

As a Draft league commissioner, this is Fantasy how you want to run it. So get your mates, colleagues and family together, get a league started and prepare for the nerve-racking suspense (and hilarious blunders) of a live Fantasy footy draft.
