Terms of Use: NRL Digital Pass Subscribers

Subscription to the NRL Digital Pass is only available from https://digitalpass.nrl.com

NRL Digital Pass is powered by Telstra ID and customers subscribing to the NRL Digital Pass will be provided with a Telstra Digital Identity

An NRL Digital Pass subscription will not replace or cancel any existing NRL in-app subscription with a Google Play or App Store purchase. To ensure you are not billed twice please refer to our FAQs.

You may access premium content, via an NRL Digital Pass, for a recurring subscription fee of $2.99 per week (7 days) or $89.99 per year (365 days).

New customers can enjoy a free one week trial with a weekly or annual subscription. The NRL Digital Pass can be cancelled at any point during or after the trial.

After the free one week trial period, you will be automatically billed $2.99 every 7 days, or $89.99 every 365 days, to your nominated credit card or Telstra account, until you cancel your subscription.

When you agree to purchase either subscription package, your purchase is with Telstra. If you have an issue to resolve, you should refer to the NRL Digital Pass FAQs first or contact Telstra Crowd Support (http://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au)

Your subscription can be managed ( ie: subscription upgrade or cancellation ) by logging into My Accounts or NRL Digital Pass self care (https://digitalpass.nrl.com/my-subscription) after purchase.

Customers who cancel their NRL Digital Pass subscription, but want to re-subscribe later, will have to wait until their active subscription expires, before being able to re-subscribe. Customers who want to change their subscription (ie: from a weekly to an annual pass) will need to wait until their active subscription expires, before being able to make that change. No pro-rata refunds will be provided to customers who cancel during an active subscription period, however these customers will have access to premium content until their subscription ends.

You may access and stream premium content via your NRL Digital Pass subscription on up to two devices at the same time.

Terms of Use: NRL Digital Pass Vouchers

NRL Digital Pass Vouchers (Vouchers) may from time to time be given away by Telstra, the NRL, NRL Clubs or third parties as part of promotional or advertising campaigns. Vouchers consist of unique codes that must be registered as part of your NRL Digital Pass subscription process, in order to redeem the corresponding credit value

To redeem a voucher, you must be a new NRL Digital Pass customer with a Telstra Digital Identity and use the voucher before its expiry date.

The expiry date of the Voucher will be confirmed when the Voucher is registered on the Service. On the date of expiration, the expiry will take effect from midnight AEST. Vouchers may not be refunded either in whole or in part. After expiration any unused credit may not be reclaimed. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.

Vouchers: These vouchers are not available to new or existing customers on and from 31/12/2014

Free 24 Month Digital Pass: This offer is only available to customers signing up to a new mobile service on a $45 or above 24 month Mobile Accelerate Plan through Telstra Shop Online. Your 24 month subscription will commence on the date that you redeem your voucher and will continue for 24 months. After the 24 month period your Digital Pass subscription will expire. This offer can be redeemed up until midnight 31/12/2014 AEDT.

Terms of Use: NRL In-App Subscribers

The Apple App Store or Google Play subscription will not replace any existing NRL Digital Pass subscription.

Apple App Store Subscribers: You may access premium content for $2.99 per week or $89.99 per year. You will be billed $2.99 every 7 days or $89.99 every 365 days until you cancel your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

New customers can enjoy a free one week trial (data charges may apply) when they take up a weekly subscription. The In-App subscription made via Apple App Store can be cancelled at any point during or after the trial. The trial is not available to customers who have previously taken up an In-App subscription.

After the free one week trial period, you will be automatically billed $2.99 per week to your Apple App Store account, unless you cancel your subscription via the Apple App Store. If you do not cancel your subscription within the free trial period, recurring subscription charges will apply.

You will automatically be billed within 24 hours of the end of your current subscription period. The auto-renewal function may be turned off by going to the App Store or iTunes 'Account Settings' after purchasehttp://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098 . No cancellation of your current subscription is allowed during your active subscription period.

When you purchase either a weekly or yearly subscription, your purchase is via the Apple App Store not with Telstra. If you have a billing issue to resolve, you should contact the Apple App Store.

An Apple App Store subscription will not provide access to premium content on an Android device or to be used as an NRL Digital Pass subscription on https://digitalpass.nrl.com

Google Play Store Subscribers: You may access premium content for $12.99 per month or $89.99 per year. You will be billed $12.99 every calendar month or $89.99 every 365 days until you cancel your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless the subscription is cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. New customers can enjoy a free one week trial (data charges may apply) when they take up a monthly subscription. The In-App subscription made via Google Play Store can be cancelled at any point during or after the trial. The trial is not available to customers who have previously taken up an In-App subscription.

After the free one week trial period, you will be automatically billed $12.99 per month to your Google Play Store or a nominated Telstra account, unless you cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store. If you do not cancel your subscription within the free trial period, recurring subscription charges will apply.

Terms of Use: The Official NRL App for NRL Digital Pass and In-App Subscribers

The Official NRL App is available from the App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store for customers to download on their compatible smartphone or tablet device in order to access live and premium content using an active NRL Digital Pass account or In-app subscription. By downloading this application you accept the following terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these terms, you must not download this application.

Airplay, Airplay Mirroring and any form of external video output of streamed content is not permitted and is not provided as part of any NRL Digital Pass.

Telstra's agreement with the NRL restricts the display of live match videos to the current screen size. Match highlights and match replays are available for viewing in full screen size.

Standard data charges apply when downloading or using the Official NRL App. Video data usage is unmetered only for eligible Telstra customers.

Live match videos are only available to users watching in Australia and may be delayed in your location based on Nine Network's broadcast schedule. When you subscribe to the NRL Digital Pass or an in-app subscription you agree as the relevant mobile service account holder, to Telstra and its agents collecting and using the location of your mobile handset to provide you with live match videos.

Network Connectivity

This Application requires Network Connectivity to function properly. Please note that poor signal quality (dependent on your location and service provider) may slow down or prevent the Application from working at optimum speed. If you have concerns regarding the quality of your signal strength, please contact your mobile network service provider directly.

Location Services

This Application requires location services to be enabled on your device to determine the Nine Network match that is applicable to your location.

Terms of Use: NRL in-venue live match videos

From time to time, Telstra may make a live match video available for viewing by Eligible Users on their compatible smartphone or tablet located within the venue where the match is being played. Eligible Users are users who:

a. have downloaded the Official NRL App from the App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store on their compatible smartphone or tablet device; and

b.are not NRL Digital Pass or In-App subscribers.By registering and agreeing to view in-venue live match videos when offered by Telstra on their compatible device, Eligible Users agree to be bound by these terms.

In-venue live match videos are only available to Eligible Users whilst their compatible device is located within the venue and may be delayed based on Nine Network's broadcast schedule. When you agree to view an in-venue live match video you agree as the relevant mobile service account holder to Telstra and its agents collecting and using the location of your mobile handset to provide you with live match videos.

Standard data charges apply when downloading or using the Official NRL App. Video data usage is unmetered only for Telstra mobile customers when you connect to the Telstra mobile network with your Telstra SIM in your compatible handset or tablet.

This service requires Network Connectivity to function properly. Poor bandwidth availability (dependent on your service provider) may slow down or prevent the service from working at optimum speed. If you have concerns regarding the availability of your bandwidth, please contact your Internet service provider or mobile service provider directly.

Terms of Use: NRL Online Match Centre for NRL Digital Pass Subscribers

The NRL Online Match Centre (https://matchcentre.nrl.com) can be accessed from a compatible laptop device for customers to access live and premium content using an active NRL Digital Pass account. By accessing the NRL Online Match Centre you accept the following terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these terms, you must not access the NRL Online Match Centre

Any form of external video output of streamed content is not permitted and is not provided as part of any NRL Digital Pass.

Telstra's agreement with the NRL restricts the display of live match videos to the current screen size. Match highlights and match replays are available for viewing in full screen size.

Live match videos are only available to users watching in Australia and may be delayed in your location based on Nine Network's broadcast schedule.

Network Connectivity

This service requires Network Connectivity to function properly. Please note that poor bandwidth availability (dependent on your service provider) may slow down or prevent the service from working at optimum speed. If you have concerns regarding the availability of your bandwidth, please contact your Internet service provider or mobile service provider directly.

All live and delayed broadcasts are only available on compatible laptop devices that are not connected to an external monitor, running the following browsers:
