Dugan out for three weeks

Dragons fullback Josh Dugan is set to be sidelined for the next three weeks after breaking his cheekbone in representing Australia in the Anzac Test in Canberra on Friday night.

‌According to a Dragons statement Dugan will undergo minor surgery this week to repair the damage sustained in the Kangaroos' win over the Kiwis.

 


The New South Wales and Australian representative will miss the Red V's Round 10 and 11 fixtures, with St George Illawarra's first bye of the year in Round 12. Holden State of Origin Game One falls on the Wednesday after Round 12.
