Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs forward Greg Eastwood will miss his side's Round 22 clash with the Broncos after being found guilty for a dangerous contact charge at the NRL judiciary on Wednesday night.
Eastwood's grade one charge on Roosters halfback Mitchell Pearce wouldn't normally warrant a suspension, but the Bulldogs forward had 73 carry-over points which is enough to rule him out of Friday night's blockbuster clash with the Broncos. He now also carries 93 carry-over points, meaning another charge would likely see him miss further game time.
Meanwhile Canberra winger Edrick Lee will spend a week on the sideline after he entered an early guilty plea for a tripping charge, cited for an incident involving North Queensland's Justin O'Neil in the second half of the Raiders' loss to the Cowboys.
