Bulldogs: No late changes expected, 1-17.
Dragons: Should be as per program, with Josh Dugan still a few weeks away from returning from a broken jaw sustained in Origin III.
Warriors: Bodene Thompson is a good chance of being a late inclusion after missing the past few weeks with an ankle injury. Bunty Afoa would be the man to make way. Manu Vatuvei is in some doubt, while Albert Vete could also return from injury.
Panthers: Expected to be as per the side named on Tuesday.
Eels: John Folau could make his first NRL appearance of 2016, he's in the frame to replace the suspended Manu Ma'u who was named in the centres on Tuesday.
Wests Tigers: Expect both Chris Lawrence and Tim Grant to play despite the pair failing to finish in Round 20 through injury.
Cowboys: Johnathan Thurston is highly unlikely to face the Storm on Saturday night but is yet to be officially ruled out from being a surprise inclusion.
Update: Coach Paul Green confirmed on Friday that Thurston had trained with the side, but didn't indicate whether the halfback made it through the session or how he pulled up after. "If he (Thurston) doesn't play, we are very happy with the prep we've had," Green said.
Storm: Prop Tim Glasby should return from injury, with Matt White the most likely candidate to drop out of the side.
Rabbitohs: With Thomas Burgess suspended, David Tyrrell is likely to come onto the final bench ahead of Damien Cook and Jack Gosiewski. Despite being named on Tuesday, Bryson Goodwin will be sidelined after re-breaking his arm against the Sea Eagles on Monday night. Hymel Hunt could make a shock return from injury, while Ed Murphy is also in the frame for a re-call.
Raiders: No late changes expected, 1-17.
Sea Eagles: Matt Parcell is a chance of being a late inclusion, with Matt Wright more likely of returning in the backline.
Knights: Should be as per the side named on Tuesday.
Titans: With Nathan Peats (hamstring) racing the clock to be fit for Monday night, Nathan Friend (hamstring) out for two weeks, and Kierran Moseley (appendicitis) out for six weeks, the Titans are set to turn to Ryan Simpkins to spend time at hooker against the Sharks. Halfback Ash Taylor missed training on Thursday with an ongoing groin complaint.
Sharks: No late changes expected.
