Head down. Eyes on the prize. More often than not this season have we seen the success of Wests Tigers winger Pat Richards kicking flair, and it could be paying dividends elsewhere in the rugby league world.

All the team news and changes heading into Round 19 of the NRL season.

Sharks v Cowboys

Sharks: A final 17 is yet to be confirmed but Wade Graham and Michael Lichaa are fit to play after injury concerns. The Cowboys say they believe Paul Gallen could play, despite the Sharks skipper being ruled out for two weeks with his biceps injury.

Cowboys: Curtis Rona travelled with the squad as 18th man but the Cowboys are expected to be 1-17.

Eels v Rabbitohs

Eels: No changes expected, with Jarryd Hayne making a welcome return to the side after missing last week's big loss with a leg injury. Will Hopoate is an outside chance of returning from a shoulder injury but is expected to be out for another week or two.

Rabbitohs: George Burgess and Kyle Turner are both set to play despite picking up ankle injuries in Souths' last match a fortnight ago, while Adam Reynolds has also shaken off his knee injury.

Roosters v Panthers

Roosters: Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is on track to come into the side on the wing after recovering from his hamstring injury. He would replace rookie Brendan Elliot in the side.

Panthers: Josh Mansour is in serious doubt with the ankle injury he suffered last week. A decision on the barnstorming winger isn't expected to be made until Saturday.

Storm v Raiders

Storm: Expected to be 1-17.

Raiders: No changes expected.

Broncos v Warriors

Broncos: Matt Gillett could make an early return from his ankle injury.

Warriors: Sam Tomkins picked up a hip injury at training this week and is in doubt, with winger Solomone Kata also travelling with the squad as cover. David Fusitua would switch from the wing to fullback if Tomkins is out.

Knights v Titans

Knights: Expected to be 1-17 on what's certain to be an emotional day in RiseForAlex Round.

Titans: Albert Kelly is in some doubt with a knee injury.

Tigers v Bulldogs

Tigers: Pat Richards is in serious doubt with a groin injury.

Bulldogs: Josh Morris has been named to make his return but is still touch and go to be fit in time for kick-off. Ball-playing big man Tony Williams is likely to play in the halves again, despite Josh Jackson being named five-eighth.

Dragons v Sea Eagles

Dragons: No changes expected at this stage.

Sea Eagles: Jorge Taufua, Anthony Watmough and Jason King will all return to the side as named.
