Dragons winger Jason Nightingale understands the right approach to training is crucial leading into the Probiz World Club Challenge clash against the Wigan Warriors on Sunday.

Nightingale admits that the team has adjusted to the time difference that initially caused problems earlier in the week and are now solely focused on the upcoming fixture at DW Stadium.

“We were trying to blow the cobwebs out of us when we went for our first few runs the other day,” said Nightingale.

“Today though was more about what we’re going to be doing on the weekend as we get more used to the conditions.

“I think it’s important we limit our drop balls and make sure we do everything right – just like we were in Australia.”

The squad completed its final skills session and weights session at the training ground of London Wasps Rugby Union Club, located in the London suburb of Acton.

They have since relocated north to Salford in Manchester, where they will continue their preparations leading up to the fixture.
