Knights captain Kurt Gidley will be available for a live online chat on NRL.com on Thursday at midday ahead of their Close the Gap Round clash with the Raiders at Ausgrid Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The NSW Origin representative will talk about how the Knights are tracking on their run towards the Telstra Premiership Finals Series, with just five rounds to go. He will answer questions from fans from midday until 12.30pm.

The seventh-placed Knights will wear a specially jersey designed by NAIDOC Aboriginal Artist of the Year Les Elvin for their Close the Gap clash.

The club is also hosting a Close the Gap lunch featuring representatives from the eight major Local Area Land Councils, players and representatives from the NRL and DEEWR.

On game-day there will be Aboriginal dance performances and Health Service providers in attendance conducting health checks.
