Cameron Smith has shown again in 2011 what most fans already know – he can do almost anything out on the paddock.
Despite a busy playing schedule, including representative games for the Kangaroos and Queensland, the 28-year-old is feeling good.
“I think the club have done a really good job with the representative boys and they’ve done a great job with the whole squad,” Smith said.
“Everyone’s feeling really good, and we’re all guns blazing.
“It’s been so good because we’ve been able to have a bit of time away from training, where in the past, we’ve come back from representative games and trained all week and the coach has said, ‘if you’re a bit tired, we’ll just give you the weekend off’.
“But that’s the easiest time of the week to get up for, the game – everyone wants to play.”
