NRL fans of all ages are invited to join some of the biggest names in rugby league trackside for Men of League Cox Plate Day at Rosehill Gardens, on Saturday, 22 October

Team of the Century members Ron Coote and Noel Kelly will join today’s NRL superstars for the annual Men Of League Race Day, which this year coincides with the Group 1 Cox Plate from Moonee Valley in Melbourne. 

Rosehill Gardens is offering footy fans a special $25 Spring Super Saver ticket, which includes entry to the course, two standard beverages (beer, wine, sparkling and soft drink), a $10 meal voucher and the latest big bets and betting information from TAB Sportsbet.

It promises to be a blockbuster afternoon of entertainment on and off the track, with the Jim Beam Shed; an all-inclusive trackside precinct featuring theJim Beam Party Girls, , racing personalities will pass on tips and insider information at the ever-popular Punters Podium and all the screens will show the action from Moonee Valley including the world’s best horse Black Caviar competing for 15 straight wins.

The annual Men of League Sprint over 200m will make a welcome return with champion Manly five-eighth Cliff Lyons, NSW Origin representative Phil Sigsworth and TV personality Jimmy Smith confirmed starters with further announcements expected this week.

Men of League will also be selling limited edition pins, with all profits to go back to the foundation to assist former greats of the game that have fallen on hard times.
