Kurt Mann is one of the rising stars at the Melbourne Storm in 2015.

The St George Illawarra Dragons have announced the signings of Melbourne Storm utility Kurt Mann for 2016 and forwards Mark Ioane and Luke Page for the remainder of the 2015 season.

Ioane will join the club from the Gold Coast Titans after being granted an immediate release, while fellow 24-year-old prop Luke Page arrives from the Canberra Raiders after also being granted a release.

"Both Ioane and Luke have respectively been recruited to add important depth to the current playing roster and provide cover where needed within the forward-pack," Dragons director of recruitment and retention Peter Mulholland said.

Mann, 22, has played in the centres for the Storm this season and is also capable of covering fullback and the halves.

It is the second departure in as many weeks for Melbourne with Ryan Hinchcliffe also announcing this season will be his last in purple as he will head overseas to join Super League side Huddersfield Giants in the summer.

This will be Mann's third NRL club after spending his formative years playing NYC at Newcastle before moving to the southern state in 2011.

"Kurt has played some very good football since making his NRL debut last year, so we are not surprised he attracted offers from other clubs," Melbourne director of football Frank Ponissi said.

"He is a terrific young man and well liked at the club and while we are disappointed we were not able to retain his services, we wish him the best and know he will finish the season with the right attitude."
