New recruit Kurt Capewell can't wait to get going after returning to preseason training.
The forward spoke to the media for the first time since joining the Broncos on Thursday morning.
Coming home to Queensland was a big factor in his move to Red Hill.
"Obviously coming home and being next to family is going to be really good for me," Capewell said.
The large crop of emerging young talent at the club presented another strong reason for 2021 Premiership winner to head north.
"They're a great club and definitely on the up.
"They've got some amazing young talent so I just want to be part of it and be part of the journey they're about to go on."
