Parramatta's high-scoring win over Wests Tigers was a blessing for Fantasy coaches who had loaded up on the blue and gold, while Cronulla's big names also impressed against the Storm — despite missing popular players such as Nicho Hynes and Siosifa Talakai.

Round 17 Winners

Mitchell Moses revelled in his return to Leichhardt Oval, topping the charts in Round 17 with an impressive 79-point outing. He wasn't the only Eel to score well against the struggling Wests Tigers, with Isaiah Papali'i rewarding the many Fantasy coaches who captained the forward with 67 points, while Reagan Campbell-Gillard (49 points), Maika Sivo (48 points) and Reed Mahoney (47 points) also did the job.

Jesse Ramien's hat-trick for the Sharks in their upset win over the Storm saw him score 76 points, while Cronulla hooker Blayke Brailey scored more points than any other rake in the round with 66 points of his own.

Rocking Ramien the hat-trick hero

Mitch Barnett
scored 74 despite the Knights going down to the Rabbitohs at home — South Sydney coming from behind courtesy of starring performances from Cody Walker (69 points) and Latrell Mitchell (61 points).

Despite being sin-binned both Brandon Smith and David Klemmer still managed to score 61 points each, while Dragons trio Blake Lawrie (63 points), Jack Bird (62 points) and Andrew McCullough (59 points) all scored well in a losing side.

Staggs the destroyer

Broncos debutant Zac Hosking was a bye-round blessing with 55 points, with teammate Kotoni Staggs scoring a double en route to 54 points.

Ezra Mam chalked out another 40 points and, more importantly, looks to have the number six jersey locked in despite the return of Tyson Gamble from injury.

Round 17 Losers

It's been a tough run lately for Souths halfback Lachlan Ilias, who got concussed in the opening minutes of the match and didn't score a point.

Storm duo Tyran Wishart (16 points) and Grant Anderson (9 points) were both under-the-radar bye purchases but didn't manage much against the Sharks, while Jesse Bromwich also scored just 17 points.

Even fullback Ryan Papenhuyzen scored less than 30, with a late disallowed try seeing him finish on 28 points as he battled through niggling injuries all night.

Adam Doueihi fell in price by $93k after scoring just 15 points in 80 minutes — a byproduct of his move from the halves to the centres.

Mikaele Ravalawa only scored nine points and picked up a hamstring injury attempting to stop a try — likely sidelining him for several weeks.
