Wests Tigers: Jamal Idris is out for the season with a knee injury, it has opened the door for Malakai Watene-Zelezniak to be a possible late inclusion.
Rabbitohs: Rookie Tyrell Fuimaono has been heavily rumoured to be a late inclusion, with Braidon Burns the one to make way. Aaron Gray has been named to make his return from injury in place of Siosifa Talakai. In further positional changes, Cody Walker could move to fullback with John Sutton moving to the halves and Jason Clark to start in the forwards.
Panthers: Corey Harawira-Naera could be a late inclusion in the starting side with either James Fisher-Harris or Isaah Yeo switching to the bench.
Warriors: Simon Mannering is out of the Warriors side after suffering a hamstring injury during the week. Ben Matulino has been named to start, with Albert Vete coming onto the extended bench.
Storm: No changes expected at this stage, with Tohu Harris starting his comeback from injury from the bench.
Titans: No changes expected, with the Titans' injury woes hopefully settling down for now.
Sea Eagles: No changes expected as the Sea Eagles fly to Brisbane for the double-header.
Broncos updated: James Roberts has been ruled out of the game after failing to overcome an ankle injury. Jordan Kahu will start in the centres with David Mead on the wing.
Knights: Luke Yates has been named to start at lock, but could be a late switch to the bench. Trent Hodkinson is also a chance to be a late inclusion, which would push Jaelen Feeney out of the team.

Roosters: No changes expected at this stage.
Eels: Fullback Bevan French is close to making his return, which would see Clint Gutherson return to the halves in place of Will Smith.
