Mitchell Pearce leaves the field after copping a heavy knock in Origin I.

The injury news and rumours and likely team changes heading into the 13th round of the 2017 NRL Telstra Premiership season.

Storm: Cameron Smith is in some doubt, but will make the final call (along with Cooper Cronk and Will Chambers) as to whether he'll take to the field on Friday night. If Smith doesn't play, expect young dummy-half Brandon Smith to come in for his NRL debut. Chambers was charged with a high tackle on Mitchell Pearce in State of Origin I but is free to play after entering an early guilty plea and copping a fine.

Knights: Newcastle's lone Origin rep Dane Gagai should be fit to take his place at AAMI Park.

Eels: Tim Mannah (ribs) and Siosaia Vave (calf) have been omitted from the Parramatta squad, with Daniel Alvaro to start while David Gower and Will Smith join the 17. Mitch Moses is right to play despite picking up a hip injury in the side's last-start win over the Rabbitohs.

Warriors: Jacob Lillyman should be a late inclusion after getting through Origin I unscathed, included among the reserves when the sides were announced on Tuesday.

Dragons: Expect at least three late changes with NSW representatives Tyson Frizell and Josh Dugan as well as returning skipper Gareth Widdop to be promoted from the reserves into the 17. Jason Nightingale will revert to the wing, with Taane Milne and Tariq Sims moving to the bench and Jai Field and Blake Lawrie dropping out of the squad.

Wests Tigers: NSW stars James Tedesco and Aaron Woods are expected to be fit to play.

Roosters: Mitchell Pearce is set to miss the match with concussion after copping a high shot in Origin I, with Mitch Cornish a chance to start at halfback for the first time in Roosters colours. Dylan Napa is carrying a leg injury, but should be right to take to the field.

Broncos: Anthony Milford is in doubt with concussion after his Origin debut and would be replaced by either Benji Marshall or Kodi Nikorima in the starting side, while the rest of the Origin contingent aren't guaranteed to back up. Jaydn Su'A (who was left out of the Queensland under-20s side), Joe Ofahengaue and Jai Arrow are ready to play if any of the Maroons forwards are ruled out.

Update: Anthony Milford (concussion) and Kodi Nikorima (shoulder) have been ruled out, with Benji Marshall to start at five-eighth. Jaydn Su'A will join the final bench.

Cowboys: Justin O'Neill is in doubt after suffering concussion in Origin I, with Javid Bowen the man most likely to come in. Johnathan Thurston is highly unlikely to play despite being named on an extended bench and is targetting a return in Round 14.

Titans: Nathan Peats is unlikely to play after picking up a cork in his Origin debut for NSW. Karl Lawton should start at hooker, with Jarryd Hayne right to play after his Game One heroics. Will Zillman is expected to join the final 17.

‌Sea Eagles: Nate Myles is out with an elbow injury, with Lloyd Perrett the most likely candidate to fill the spot on the bench.

Raiders: Set to be unchanged with Josh Papalii rejoining the side following Origin I.

Bulldogs: Canterbury's Origin players Brett Morris, Josh Jackson and David Klemmer are all expected to back up from Game One. James Graham (arm) remains in some doubt and must prove his fitness prior to Sunday's clash.

Panthers: Set to be unchanged with Josh Mansour to make his first appearance of 2017 after recovering from an ACL injury.
