Sunset over Pepper Stadium.

Penrith's home ground will be known as Panthers Stadium from January 1st, 2018 after the Panthers Group elected to retain the venue's naming rights following a partnership with Pepper Money.

Currently Pepper Stadium, the decision was made to revert back to Panthers Stadium as a way of strengthening the Panthers brand both in Australia and globally.

"This is a significant commitment from Panthers to the Penrith region, the game of rugby league and the members who have shared so many special moments at our beloved home ground over the last five decades," Panthers Group Chairman Dave O’Neill said via a club statement.

"We look forward to adding another memorable chapter to our club’s proud history as the Panthers take the field at Panthers Stadium in 2018."

The Panthers' NRL side won't run out at the venue again in 2017, with any finals fixtures they host to be played at either ANZ Stadium or Allianz Stadium.
