The Knights host the Wests Tigers at Hunter Stadium on Monday to finish off Round 16 of the Telstra Premiership and Wayne Bennett’s men will be looking to put a stop to their run of five straight losses.

The promising start to the season, where the Knights beat the Sharks and Bulldogs and lost in golden point to the Dragons, is now a forgotten memory, with the Knights sitting just two points from the bottom of the table.

NRL Daily hosts John Gibbs and Brad ‘Freddy’ Fittler discuss the signs that are most worrying to coach Wayne Bennett and reflect on how the team’s lack of form would be affecting Bennett’s coaching style.

Can the Knights notch up their first win since Round 8 against an emotionally drained Tigers team?

With Ricky Stuart selecting his team for the Origin decider we have Freddy run his well trained eye over the changes. While Freddy states, “Ricky has made the right decision” by dumping winger Akuila Uate, he also believes “NSW will be missing out on the impact of Uate’s ball returns that are often underrated”.

The team also take a look at the potential impact of the return of Tony Williams to the Blues' lineup and the combination of the Morris brothers, and put the impact of Origin scheduling on ‘Gibbsy’s Radar’.
