As Round 23 draws to a close and each team has just three more matches left to position themselves for the finals race, it appears the crème of the crop is rising to the top.

Tonight on NRL Daily, Brad Fittler gives us his power ranking for the final make-up of the top four.

Here's how Fittler rates the NRL's top sides at the moment.

1. Manly Sea Eagles
Fittler: "Manly absorbed the tough conditions and everything Souths had to throw at them (this weekend) and come out convincing winners. They are a finals footy team that knows when to come good and for that reason I have them as the team to beat."

2. Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs
Fittler: "The Bulldogs, despite having won 11 straight, showed me some flaws, some areas of inexperience. I thought the Broncos exposed some decision-making weaknesses in the halves but they are still such a dominant team that they managed to churn out a win."

3. Melbourne Storm
Fittler: "The Storm are on the rise and are returning to their normal game, punching it hard off Cameron Smith."

4. North Queensland Cowboys
Fittler: "The Cowboys sneak ahead of the Rabbitohs, but Souths have big-game player Greg Inglis to return so it's tough to say."

Behind that top four Fittler has the Rabbitohs, Sharks and then the Broncos and Tigers as equal seventh, but he believes both those teams are still extremely dangerous and capable of beating any team on their day.
