NRL Live Pass Terms and Conditions 2021
The Official NRL App is a collaboration between the NRL and Telstra. As such, your use of the Official NRL App will be governed by both the NRL’s and Telstra’s terms and conditions of use and privacy policies.

Changes to Live Pass in 2021
As of the 2nd February 2021, Live Pass has officially been decommissioned.
Live streaming will no longer be available within the Official NRL App
If you’ve purchased an annual or monthly NRL Live Pass through your App Store (Apple or Google) which is still active on 2 February 2021, you’ll be refunded for the time you have remaining on it.
This refund will be processed by your App Store (Apple or Google) directly back to your chosen payment method. This refund may take up to 45 days to be processed.
You’ll still have free access to match replays, live scores, highlights and other great features on the apps. Learn more about the changes http://tel.st/updates-to-live-pass/
NRL Live pass is no longer included in Telstra Mobile plans. Telstra Mobile customers can no longer get an NRL Live Pass subscription as part of their mobile plan.
You can no longer access a Live Pass by maintaining a $30+ pre-paid recharge.
If you have a billing issue to resolve, you should contact the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or contact Telstra Crowd Support at http://tel.st/live-pass-support for further support.
This Application requires Network Connectivity to function properly. Please note that poor signal quality (dependent on your location and service provider) may slow down or prevent the Application from working at optimum speed. If you have concerns regarding the quality of your signal strength, please contact your mobile network service provider directly.
Standard data charges apply when downloading or using the app.
This Application requires location services to be enabled on your device to enable location based alerts to be sent.
The App is only proactively supported and tested on devices running on iOS 10 and above and Android 6 and above
