2,500 students and teachers throughout the Suva & Nasori districts have engaged in league program.

NRL Fiji staff have been very busy providing NRL Wellbeing, League for Life and In-Class behaviour programs to six schools.

In all they’ve engaged over 2,500 students and teachers throughout the Suva & Nasori districts.

The NRL Tackle Bulling program has also been presented to students and has complimented with the Fiji Government and Ministry of Education Suicide Prevention program.

The Rugby League In-Class Behaviour program has taken off with three schools, seven class teachers and over 280 students engaging in the program.

The feedback from the teachers has been overwhelmingly positive with a vast improvement in attendance, in class and homework completion, behaviour, team building, knowledge of NRL teams and the game of Rugby League in general.

It’s had an immediate effect on improving a child’s educational prospects.
