Wests Tigers hooker Matt McIlwrick has been cited for a grade one dangerous throw by the NRL match review committee during his side's loss to the Panthers in Round 22.
McIlwrick was charged for an incident involving Peter Wallace in the 67th minute of Penrith's victory, but the No.9 will escape suspension with an early guilty plea.
There were no other charges from the Wests Tigers-Panthers clash or the Sea Eagles-Roosters match on Sunday afternoon.
