Ousted Roosters coach Brad Fittler has identified the marquee men who are keeping the Bulldogs' premiership hopes alive – and they may need to step up a notch to fill the void of their injured veteran halfback Brett Kimmorley.<br><br>Leading the Bulldogs premiership charge is fan-favourite Jamal Idris, who Fittler believes is set for big things.<br><br>“He is a great player, if he isn’t playing State of Origin very soon then there’s people not doing their job.. I reckon he could lose a couple of kilos and when he does he will just be dynamic,” Fittler admitted to Bigpond Sports Weekend. <br><br>“I look forward to watching him, hopefully in a [NSW] Blues jersey.”<br><br>Fittler pin-pointed NSW origin hooker Michael Ennis and light-footed Kiwi Ben Roberts as key men for the famous blue and whites.<br><br>“Purely because he’s [Ennis] tenacious. He’d be a massive pest to play against. He is always in you face, he’s hitting you high… but he keeps you in the game.”<br><br>“He keeps your forwards honest too, he’s always at them. Once he gets on a roll too, he gets out every play … if they [the forwards] are a little bit fatigued he takes advantage.” <br><br>“They [Bulldogs] also have a left foot kicker too in Benny Roberts. He’s got a sweet kick. He’s one of those blokes that just places it in the corner.”<br><br>“[He] Does the same kick every time.
