Fiji’s World Cup skipper, Wes Naiqama, has been given the nod to lead the Fiji Bati in this years SP Brewery Pacific Cup in Papua New Guinea at the end of this month.<br> <br> The Newcastle Knights flyer captained the nation in last years World Cup and enjoyed a successful run which saw the island nation reach the tournaments semi finals before bowing out against hosts Australia.<br> <br> After having the chance to take on one of the powerhouse nations of the game, Naiqama is keen to see his Bati win the 2009 Pacific Cup tournament, and qualify for the 2010 Four Nations.<br> <br> Naiqama will be assisted by prop Iowane Divavesi in the captaincy roles.<br>
