The Melbourne Storm’s much anticipated 2010 membership program has finally available for purchase today!

The new look membership program is an exciting and fresh offering for new and renewing members, keeping in line with the Club’s move into their brand new $267.5million home being built in the Olympic Park precinct.

Despite the delay due to the construction of the Storm’s new home, acting CEO Matt Hanson is excited by the new membership packages on offer and is sure Melbourne’s sports fans will agree.

“This is without doubt the most exciting time in the history of the Melbourne Storm to become a member,” said Hanson.

“We’re moving into our new, world class home stadium that will offer spectators an experience like they’ve never had before, all while watching the reigning NRL Premiers in action.

“We guarantee to offer the ultimate match day entertainment experience for everyone at the best value for money. We have a membership package for every type of supporter, whether you’re there with your mates having a great time, or a parent with young children looking for an alcohol-free, family friendly zone.

“So we encourage everyone to play their part and become a member of ‘The Greatest Team on Turf’”.

There are nine brand new membership packages to choose from, with savings of up to 40% when compared to purchasing tickets on a match day basis.

The Storm’s membership target for 2010 of over 10,000 members would see the Club break the five-figure barrier for the first time.

Ticketed season members will have access to all home games, including the first three at Etihad Stadium before the Storm play their first game at their new home on Sunday, May 9 against the Brisbane Broncos. This game will be the culmination of a “Festival of Rugby League” weekend that will officially open the new stadium, with the marquee international ANZAC Test Match between the Kangaroos and New Zealand on Friday, May 7.
