Rugby League supporters in NSW continue to embrace membership of their clubs in record numbers as the 2010 season draws closer.

A combined total of just under 54,000 people have signed up as ticketed members of their clubs within NSW and the ACT, beating last years combined total of 50,983.

Leading the charge in the state are the South Sydney Rabbitohs and St George Illawarra Dragons, who are both still neck and neck to be the first NSW club to 10,000 Ticketed members. Meanwhile, the Eels, Knights, Bulldogs and Sharks have continued to build upon their 2009 totals, whilst the Wests Tigers and Sea Eagles are both quickly closing in on their last years figures.

Outside of NSW, the Storm have continued their race up the overall Membership ladder, securing another 1,400 members during the week, whilst the Broncos are on track to beat their 2009 figures in the next few weeks.
