Roosters captain Braith Anasta says he is an outside chance of leading the Roosters into battle against the Cowboys on Monday night, despite an ankle injury ruling him out of City Origin.<br><br>The tri-colours five-eighth said it was doubtful he would even get on the training paddock this week ahead of the clash - however the extra three days he now has to prepare for Monday’s game might just be enough.<br><br>But it is a self-confessed race against the clock.<br><br>“The only real positive is that I have three more days to prepare than I would playing on the Friday,” Anasta said.<br><br>“At the moment there is a bit of doubt there, but hopefully I’ll be right for the Monday game.<br><br>“I’ve been struggling to train all year, it’s been a pretty serious injury, I’ve been lucky to get a session in before games.<br><br>“This week I’ll probably be lucky to get a session in at all.”<br><br>To hear the full extent of Anasta’s injury and his thoughts on Willie Mason’s return to take on his former club, <a href="http://bigpondvideo.com/nrl/262293" target="_blank">click here to watch the video.</a><br>
