Footy fans will be able to skip instantly between match highlights with the new BigPond® Sport Game Analyser on all Samsung televisions and Blu-ray players that offer Samsung Apps via Samsung’s Internet@TV service.<br><br>The BigPond Sport Game Analyser allows sports buffs to skip to goals, penalties, fouls, bloopers and other highlights from games simply using their Samsung remote control.<br><br>Launched in time for the 2010 NRL finals series, BigPond Sport Game Analyser is available for all NRL Rugby League and State of Origin games.<br><br>“Each game is tracked and highlights are tagged so that customers can then skip the boring bits and jump from play to play with a push of their remote control buttons,” Telstra’s Head of IPTV, Ben Kinealy said.<br><br>“BigPond Sport Game Analyser is the first of its kind for Australian television and designed with the passionate base of Aussie sports fans in mind. The service is perfect for sports buffs wanting to relive a game, missed it live or heard about a particular try, tackle or penalty,” Mr Kinealy said.<br><br>"The Game Analyser gives fans the chance to get into the coach’s box and to review every part of the game,” NRL Chief Executive, Mr David Gallop said.<br><br>“It lets them focus on tries, line-breaks, big-hits, errors and gives everyone the chance to review the plays that matter most to them. For Rugby League fans, following the fortunes of their team is fast becoming an essential part of any post match debate.”<br><br>BigPond Sport Game Analyser can be replayed over and over, and will launch with access to last year’s Telstra Premiership finals series, State of Origin, All Stars match plus all 2010 matches.<br><br>BigPond Sport Game Analyser is available now only via the Samsung Apps service on all new internet enabled Samsung TVs and Blu-ray players. Other TV manufacturers will offer the service at a later stage. The service is free to use for most BigPond internet access customers, however data charges apply for users who are not BigPond customers.<br><br>“The launch of this innovative service marks the start of our work with Telstra to bring exciting and innovative internet content to our customers via our Samsung Apps service.
