St Helens forward James Graham has been named captain of the England team for Saturday's opening Four Nations fixture against New Zealand at Westpac Stadium, Wellington.

England coach Steve McNamara today named a 20-man squad for the clash, with Graham, 25, selected to replace injured skipper Adrian Morley. Morley was ruled out of the tournament on Sunday with an arm injury following England's trial match win over Samoa on Saturday.

The squad is: Gareth Widdop, Ryan Hall, Darrell Goulding, Leroy Cudjoe, Ryan Atkins, Tom Briscoe, Kevin Brown, Sam Tomkins, James Graham (C), James Roby, Stuart Fielden, Gareth Ellis, Sam Burgess, Sean O'Loughlin, Darrell Griffin, Ben Westwood, Joel Tomkins, Luke Robinson, Eorl Crabtree.
