Sea Eagles powerhouse Anthony Watmough is back in full training and is pumped up for 2012 after the incredible success he had last year.
The dual premiership-winning Manly forward returned to the paddock this week after an extended break following Australia's successful Gillette Rugby League Four Nations tournament.
He's refreshed and can't wait to chase back to back premierships.
But 2011 will be hard to top when you consider he won a premiership and represented Australia and New South Wales with distinction. His memorable year brought satisfaction on a number of fronts.
"It's probably one of the best, especially with people calling for me to get sacked during the year," Watmough said after training.
"To play Origin and Australia when they said I would never play again was a bit like 'get that into yah', and it was a bit more satisfying."
