For those who took my advise last week on Benji Marshall, congratulations! Unfortunately I changed my mind and missed out on having him as captain, but I think his great form will continue, particularly over the Origin period when he faces depleated teams.
Here are Brunsy's tips for Round 13:
- Six teams have the bye next week, so if you are gunning for overal points glory then make sure you ship out the players from the bye teams so you can field a full team of 17 players.
- I will be watching the movement of Josh Dugan to five-eighth very carefully to see which stats are impacted and how it changes his weekly score.
- Raiders rookie Edrick Lee is the next 'cheapie' to keep your eye on. With Jack Whighton injured, Edrick should see more minutes and an increase in value.
- With Daniel Mortimer starting to come into favour at the Roosters, I think current hooker Jake Friend will see a reduction in minutes.
