NSW VB Blues Coach, Laurie Daley, Assistant Coach, Trent Barrett, and GIO City Origin Coach, Brad Fittler, will mentor some of the state's most promising halves in a one day camp which will be held at Narrabeen today.

The camp's aim is to further refine the players skill levels and introduce them to the NSW Origin culture.

"We are hopeful of conducting similar sessions with other players and positions during the course of the season," NSWRL High Performance Manager, Wayne Portlock said.

"We have trialled camps which target specific positions before at a junior level but this one is designed for elite athletes.

"We have had strong results for NSW at a junior level and we want to now transfer that to State of Origin."

Players invited to the camp are as follows:

Wests Tigers
Curtis Sironen
Jacob Miller
Luke Brooks
Mitchell Moses

Cronulla
Chad Townsend

St George Illawarra
Shannon Crook

Penrith
Toby Evans

Newcastle
Tyler Sullivan
