The Titans blitzed the Bulldogs in the first 15 minutes of the second half to set up a 25-14 win at Suncorp Stadium in Round 10 of last season.

The Bulldogs had taken a home game to Suncorp as part of a double-header with the Broncos-Sea Eagles clash, but the venue didn't feel like home. The Bulldogs led 6-0, and 6-4 at halftime, but then the Titans unleashed that three-try, 15-minute spell straight after the break to turn a two-point deficit into a 20-6 lead.

The Bulldogs fought back with tries from Ben Barba and Josh Morris to cut the deficit to six points, but that was where their scoring ended.

Titans five-eighth Aidan Sezer kicked two penalty goals and a late field-goal to make it comfortable again for this side.

Greg Bird and Scott Prince starred for the Titans, and giant centre Jamal Idris scored a try in his first game against his old Bulldogs teammates.
