It was a decisive performance from the home side – even if the scoreboard didn’t reflect it – when these two sides met in Round 10 earlier this season at Remondis Stadium.

The Sharks took a commanding 18-6 lead into halftime, before finishing with a 30-20 victory.

Cronulla’s win came on the back of metres-gained dominance – the Sharks ran for their fifth-most metres (1761) in a decade!

A total of eight Cronulla players ran for 100 metres or more – Sosaia Feki, Ben Pomeroy, Beau Ryan, Jayson Bukuya, Wade Graham, Chris Heighington, Andrew Fifita and Anthony Tupou.

For the Raiders, perhaps their brightest point in an otherwise dull performance was the form of utility Anthony Milford – the pint-sized jack-in-the-box made 10 runs for 119 metres, nine tackle-breaks, two line-breaks, set up a try and scored two others.
